Canopy is not a traditional consulting firm or venture advisory.

The typical consulting model is often too rigid, too expensive, and overbuilt for growth-focused companies that need to keep their time and capital focused on their business. Venture advisors play a critical role navigating the fundraising process and are some of our closest partners. However, many companies need to solidify their strategy and their financials months before kicking off the fundraising process.

These purpose-built engagements are led by our Managing Partner and Founder, Mitchell Bremermann.

Mitchell brings a combination of strategic consulting and entrepreneurial leadership experience from top-tier consulting firms, internal strategy and finance positions at startups, and CEO/Founder roles within a corporate venture studio.
